Molitz Mischief in NYC August 24 Join this all-star cast August 24th as they celebrate the anniversary of the day Abbie Hoffman and his faithful hippie following crashed the New York Stock Exchange in 1967, creating a frenzy by throwing dollar bills onto the trading room floor from the viewing deck above. New York City's Spiegelworld Circus Tent (located at the South Street Seaport) will host this Counter Culture celebration, promising a Late Night of live improvised dance music, performance art, mischief and mayhem. The festivities kick off with full sets from both EOTO and DJ Logic, before Molitz, Gutwillig, Travis, Hann, DJ Logic, and very special guests close the night out. Space is limited in the all-ages tent, so be sure to visit Spiegelworld.com for advance tickets to guarantee your admission to this one-time event. Darren's July Blog New Particle Side Project: PUJA A PUJA (poo-ja) is an ancient ritual practiced around the world. It is an offering commonly found in India to give thanks, and to recognize our place on this planet. The purpose of a PUJA is to keep a thread of continuity between our physical, outer world, and the subtle inner worlds that lie within us. Much like music, it is a vehicle that allows us an opportunity to give, and to receive. Music is a form of energy that lives inside and outside of us, both consciously and unconsciously. Its energy can fill us with emotion and lift us to a place where we forget about our daily worries and responsibilities. With this in mind, the band PUJA has come to life! Check us out on MYSPACE
